Strand7 Maintenance and Support

BAI provides technical support by phone and/or email (support@beaufort-analysis.com) during normal business hours (EST) regarding any problems that may be experienced when using Strand7. These problems can include:

• Installation Assistance
• Operational Assistance
• Modeling Assistance
• Theoretical Assistance
• Operating System Assistance
  

For situations where problems cannot be resolved over the phone, supported users can send copies of models to BAI for further investigation.
